We prefer to work with existing houses that need modernising or refurbishing and will manage all aspects of a project from design to finish, including, but not limited to the following:
Design interior & exterior spaces to improve comfort & efficiency in the home and garden, source all materials & specialist contractors to keep costs at a minimum.
Kitchens – Hand-painting units, improving storage, painting appliances, modernising, co-ordinating colours of walls & units with existing tiles, curtains, etc.
Remove interior walls to create open-plan living, dining, kitchen spaces, install French doors to improve use of garden and design & build decks.
Creating a unified colour scheme to exterior of house including painting uPVC Windows & doors
